I loved that hotel had perfect staff and location. Generally everything was excellent, however the bathroom was very small.

It was great place for traveling to Reykjavik, I was glad to stay there.

Every detail was very good, particularly location and staff, overall I liked this hotel. I came here for 4 nights and had an excellent stay.

The hotel of choice in Reykjavik. Upscale venue, clean, pleasant staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was fashionable, with smoke detectors and exceptional views of the bay and mountains. The bathroom was large with hair dryers, a walk-in shower and bath sheets.

No reason to complain, the venue met all requests, would be happy to recommend it. Hip new and fairly clean place, everything was good. There where good beds and a safe box, a mini-fridge-bar and ironing facilities in the twin/double room.

Everything was awesome at this boutique style hotel. Fairly friendly staff were happy to help - a credit to the venue. Even though our room was cozy and warm it had pretty bad view. Excellent pool area too.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a fantastic stay. Staff was supper friendly, it was clean. It was in the very central location right in the centre.

Rooms are nicely decorated, very comfy beds and informative staff in the hotel.

Wonderful hotel with amazing views and absolutely perfect location near restaurants and shops. I appreciated the large bed in my a double room. The staffs were extremely friendly & efficient.

It made our trip to Reykjavik an awesome experience. Our rooms were tidy and absolutely lovely. The staff was willing to help during our stay. Brilliant service here. The location was ideal with easy access to a bakery and stores.

We had the most very nice few days there. Lovely design and location in the downtown area. Central position with magnificent views. Also, A Huge 1990 Stainless-Steel Sculpture was next door. Perfectly fine, light rooms. Easy check-in and very excellent service...

Perfectly clean hotel with competent staff and brilliant location. Our room was budget and spotless. The view from our patio was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. It was a modest property in a safe area.

Very handy location to sundhollin public baths. Great comfy hotel room, it was fantastic with so so comfy beds and luxurious bathroom. The staff was just wonderful during check-in. Had cold drinks in the outdoor bar.

A mini-kitchen in the room was useful. Our hotel is set in a central location. It was worth its 4 stars...

That alarm clock was missing.

Fine for family. We appreciated hotel's rooms and location. The venue is located in the tourist zone. Had nice dainties at Kaffi Brennslan, located right at the hotel.
